Client Challenge: By introducing a new BMW Group sustainability strategy and reacting to legal requirements regarding sustainability in supply chains, stakeholders from the purchasing department and suppliers faced new challenges and changes in their daily work. Solution: With an agile change approach, tailor-made communication, and interactive enablement program, more than 1,200 stakeholders from the purchasing department and direct suppliers were enabled to improve sustainability in the supply chain.
